Terms and community rules

For everyone who makes a Noctura account. Last updated October 6, 2026.

What Noctura is

Noctura is the app of the Noctura Media reselling team: your sales as they happen, the monthly leaderboard, team chat, training and payments. Anyone can create an account. To get inside you either have your team's invite code or you apply for a role (reseller, supplier or virtual assistant) and an admin approves it. An application can be declined, and membership can be ended by the team at any time.

Your account

Use your real name, keep your password to yourself, and one account per person. You must be at least 18. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

Community rules

The chat is a workplace. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. Do not post or send:

• hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats or bullying;
• sexual or violent content;
• anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law or a marketplace's rules;
• other people's private information, or buyers' details outside the team;
• spam, scams, or anything pretending to be someone else.

Hate slurs are filtered out of messages automatically. Anyone can report a message or a member, and block a member, from the message itself. Admins review every report, normally within 24 hours, and will remove the content and disable the account of anyone who breaks these rules.

Your sales and your stores

When you connect a store's email, you allow Noctura to read the sale emails eBay sends to it, and nothing else in that mailbox. Sales you add by hand must be real. The numbers in the app are a record for you and the team; they are not tax or accounting advice. Payments between members happen outside the app and are only noted in it.

The leaderboard and rewards

The leaderboard ranks members by the revenue of their own recorded sales each month. Any reward shown on it is a sales incentive that Noctura Media offers its own team members, on terms the team sets. It is not a game of chance and there is nothing to buy to take part. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any reward.

What you post

What you post stays yours. You let Noctura store it and show it to the members who are meant to see it. Admins can remove anything that breaks the rules above.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time (in the iPhone app: More, Account, Delete account). See Privacy for what is removed.

The service

Noctura is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will never be down or never miss a sale email. Noctura is not affiliated with eBay, Meta or Google.
