Common questions
How do I join? Create an account in the app. If your team gave you an invite code, enter it and you are in. If not, apply for a role and an admin will review it.
My sales aren't showing. Open More, then Your eBay stores, and connect the email your eBay store uses. Sales since the 1st of the month fill in within a few minutes.
Someone is being abusive. Hold their message (tap it on the website) and choose Report, or Block to stop seeing them. Admins review every report.
How do I delete my account? In the iPhone app: More, Account, Delete account. Or ask us here.
